Property Photographer & Social Media Manager Location: Guildford, Surrey
Hours: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience with additional commission
Reports To: Partner
Role Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Property Photographer & Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role is ideal for a highly motivated and creative individual with a passion for showcasing homes to their highest potential and growing brand presence through innovative digital content.
You will be working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment, photographing a wide range of properties—from compact town apartments to expansive country estates—while also managing and expanding our social media footprint across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Property Photography & Visual Marketing • Conduct high-quality photography for all property types, ensuring images highlight each home's best features • Create engaging video walkthroughs and drone footage (if licensed) for marketing use • Complete floorplans (experience preferred but not essential; training/software provided) • Undertake EPCs where required (training available) • Edit, enhance, and deliver photography packages swiftly to support brochure and online listing production • Work closely with clients and team members to ensure properties are presented in a manner that maximises appeal
Social Media Strategy & Execution • Manage and grow our brand's presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok • Plan, create, and publish engaging content including photos, short videos, reels, behind-the-scenes, and property highlights • Track analytics and performance to optimise content and improve reach • Partner with local businesses and influencers to foster community engagement and increase visibility • Use storytelling to showcase properties and build emotional connections with prospective buyers and renters
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves • Proven experience in professional property photography • Strong photo and video editing skills (Lightroom, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar) • Excellent interpersonal skills and client-facing confidence • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage a varied schedule across multiple locations • A creative mindset with an eye for detail, style, and composition • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable Skills • Experience completing floorplans and/or EPCs • CAA Drone Pilot Licence • Understanding of current social media trends and algorithms • Previous experience working in a real estate or marketing environment
