Job description
Are you an experienced and proactive Property Manager looking to step up in your career? We’re working with a leading estate agency that delivers a high-end service to thousands of landlords and tenants across the region. This is your chance to join a fast-paced, professional environment where you’ll take ownership of tenancies from beginning to end.
In this role, you’ll be the primary contact for both landlords and tenants, ensuring a smooth tenancy experience through your expert guidance. You’ll manage your own portfolio of residential properties, resolving issues swiftly, maintaining strong client relationships, and keeping everything compliant with current housing legislation. You’ll also coordinate maintenance works, liaise with contractors, and work closely with the lettings and finance teams to deliver a first-class service.
The position offers a salary between £28,000 and £35,000 depending on experience, with a performance-based bonus scheme in place. The company also offers structured training and a clear path for career progression. You’ll benefit from regular team social events, a strong commitment to inclusivity. A workplace pension scheme is also included.
We’re looking for someone with prior experience in residential property management or a related field, who thrives under pressure and can juggle multiple priorities. Strong communication skills, great attention to detail, and a customer-first approach are essential. An ARLA or NFOPP qualification would be beneficial, but it’s not a deal-breaker.
If you’re ready for a new challenge in a dynamic and rewarding environment, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today or get in touch for more details.
