Property Manager - Battersea - £35,000PA
Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm 
 
Our clients are one of London's most forward-thinking, Independent estate agencies who are leading the way in the areas they operate in. 
 
They are now looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager who will join their team of property professionals in their central London offices.
 
 
Benefits:

Base Salary up to £35,000
Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm 


 
Responsibilities
 
Manage residential properties across London
Overseeing daily operations of reactive and urgent tasks, and ensuring compliance.
Address Tenant and Landlord issues 
Coordinate maintenance and repairs within budget, liaising with contractors.
Review property inspections on check-out's to identify maintenance needs.
Stay informed on relevant regulations (including HMO's & licensing) 
 
Qualifications

Previous property management experience in a residential property is required. (1-2 years minimum)
