The Role
This is a pivotal administrative role within our busy sales team. You'll be supporting the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring all property listings are accurate, compliant, and beautifully presented, while also assisting with marketing and client communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain property marketing materials - including building professional property brochures and online listings.
- Manage social media channels and campaigns - crafting engaging posts and ensuring consistent branding across all platforms.
- Update and maintain property management systems - ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Ensure property compliance - checking that all required documents, contracts, and certifications are complete and valid.
- Liaise with vendors/sellers - collecting documentation and maintaining excellent communication throughout the process.
- Provide general administrative support - including diary management, correspondence, and file organisation.
- Assist the wider sales team with day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth running of operations.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
- Confident IT user with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and property CRM systems (training can be provided).
- Social media savvy - able to create engaging content and understand platform trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, polished approach.
- Previous experience in property administration or estate agency is highly desirable, but not essential for the right candidate.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine interest in property and people.
- Competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000, dependent on experience.
- Monday to Friday working pattern - no weekends.
