We are a highly successful and well-established independent estate agency based in the beautiful market town of Saffron Walden. Known for our professionalism, deep local roots, and portfolio of exceptional homes, we pride ourselves on providing a first-class service to our clients and maintaining an excellent reputation in the property market.
We are now looking for a dynamic, proactive, and detail-driven Property Administrator to join our thriving team.
The Role
This is a pivotal administrative role within our busy sales team. You'll be supporting the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring all property listings are accurate, compliant, and beautifully presented, while also assisting with marketing and client communication.
You'll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys combining creativity with organisation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain property marketing materials - including building professional property brochures and online listings.
  • Manage social media channels and campaigns - crafting engaging posts and ensuring consistent branding across all platforms.
  • Update and maintain property management systems - ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure property compliance - checking that all required documents, contracts, and certifications are complete and valid.
  • Liaise with vendors/sellers - collecting documentation and maintaining excellent communication throughout the process.
  • Provide general administrative support - including diary management, correspondence, and file organisation.
  • Assist the wider sales team with day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth running of operations.
About You
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
  • Confident IT user with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and property CRM systems (training can be provided).
  • Social media savvy - able to create engaging content and understand platform trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, polished approach.
  • Previous experience in property administration or estate agency is highly desirable, but not essential for the right candidate.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine interest in property and people.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000, dependent on experience.
  • Monday to Friday working pattern - no weekends.
  • Opportunity to work with a respected, high-profile local agency handling some of the area's most desirable homes.
  • Supportive team environment with opportunities for professional development
