- Own the day-to-day operations and make them run like clockwork
- Refine processes to squeeze every drop of efficiency
- Handle escalated complaints with empathy & skill
- Keep us 100% compliant with property regulations
- Collaborate with product, sales & account management to keep the machine humming
- Spot opportunities for automation & innovation before anyone else
- Lead operational projects from concept to launch – wearing all the hats when needed

- You’ve been in the property game (lettings, sales, property management, or PropTech)
- You know compliance & complaints handling inside out
