Location: North West (Hybrid)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000

 The Role – The Brains Behind the Smooth Running
You’ll be the operational glue holding it all together – making sure we’re compliant, efficient, and delivering an exceptional customer experience every single time.
Expect to:
  • Own the day-to-day operations and make them run like clockwork
  • Refine processes to squeeze every drop of efficiency
  • Handle escalated complaints with empathy & skill
  • Keep us 100% compliant with property regulations
  • Collaborate with product, sales & account management to keep the machine humming
  • Spot opportunities for automation & innovation before anyone else
  • Lead operational projects from concept to launch – wearing all the hats when needed
