Operations Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Coordinator to join a dynamic and growing property company based in Kensington

 
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate day-to-day office operations, acting as the first point of contact for agents and the central support team.
-Oversee compliance documentation and ensure company policies and lettings regulations are followed.
-Support the onboarding of new self-employed agents, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, systems, and processes they need.
-Maintain accurate company records, databases, and reporting systems.
-Assist in the coordination of property marketing, listings, and advertising.
-Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure operational requirements are met.
-Support the delivery of internal projects, events, and initiatives.
-Provide administrative support across departments, including preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations.
-Continuously review and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and service.
-Act as a key link between leadership and agents, ensuring smooth communication across the business.
 
Requirements:
-Previous experience in estate agency in an operations or administrative coordination role.
-Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with a range of stakeholders.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or property management software.
-A proactive, can-do approach with a willingness to take ownership of tasks.

Working Hours:
· Monday to Friday: 8:45 am to 6:00 pm (with an hour for lunch)
