Marketing Consultant - Base £23k - OTE £40k
Our client is a market leading Estate Agent seeking a Marketing Consultant in their Woodford Green office. You must have experience in property valuations, be a high performer and strive to offer the best customer service.
Job Description: The company are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Consultant to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for listing a targeted number of properties, offering assistance to the Branch Manager and helping to motivate others within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Base salary £23k depending on experience.
* OTE £40.
* £2500 car allowance or Company Car.
* Opportunity for career growth within the organisation.

* Holiday Commission.
* 33 days paid Holiday.
* Additional Day off for your Birthday
* Pension.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property valuations and provide detailed information to potential tenants.
- The ability to offer the very best customer service, building strong relationships with clients.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values in the local area.
- Prepare and complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with other team members to achieve team and company goals.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Consultant in the property industry (please do not apply unless you have 2+ years’ experience).
- Strong knowledge of the local property market and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in relevant software applications.
- ARLA Property mark qualification or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
- Must have a full driving license.
