Basic Salary: £21,000–£25,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission

We’re working with a leading East London estate agency to find a Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their thriving team based at Royal Wharf – a prime location with 30+ live properties available at any given time.

�� Key Responsibilities:

• Register and qualify applicants to match them with ideal rental properties
• Arrange and carry out viewings across a strong portfolio of premium flats
• Manage the entire lettings process from offer to move-in
• Negotiate deals and exceed individual and team targets
• Build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants alike
• Stay informed on lettings legislation and industry standards

✅ What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in residential lettings (Negotiator or Senior level)
• A track record of hitting or exceeding performance targets
• ARLA qualification (desirable)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
