Location: South Woodford | OTE: £45,000+ | Basic Salary: £22,500 – £25,000

What you’ll be doing as a Lettings Negotiator:
Monday – Friday: 8.45am – 6.00pm
Saturday: 9.45am – 4.00pm (5-day week with a weekday off)

What you’ll be doing as a Lettings Negotiator:
- Winning and generating new and repeat business through proactive outreach
- Driving personal KPIs and exceeding targets
- Promoting and monitoring online reviews to maintain a 5-star reputation
- Innovating and delivering fresh service solutions to clients
- Cross-selling Sales, Lettings, and Property Management services
- Maintaining high service levels and accurate CRM reporting
- Proven success increasing market share – you know how to close deals
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- A natural business winner with a passion for property
- Confident with IT systems and a savvy social media user
- A Full UK Driving Licence and own car is essential
- Industry qualifications (NAEA, ARLA, NFOPP) are a bonus but not required
- You’re ambitious, dynamic, self-motivated, and an excellent time manager
