We have a great opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join our busy Lettings team in Woking. A minimum requirement of one year of experience is required and we invite applications

to collectively increase our success to the next level.
 
Lettings Negotiator:
• 1 years Sales or Lettings Negotiator experience
• Ability to demonstrate a proven track record
• Good people skills
• Passion for letting property
• Chance to work for a market leading agent
• Manage electronic data and e-mails and ensure all clients files are updated
• Deal with property owners queries verbally and in written form
• Register requirements and details of potential clients and applicants
• Give feedback from viewings to the owners of properties
• Must have driving license
• Must live within a 30-minute Drive from the Woking Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
