We’re looking for a hands-on leader with lettings experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering first-class service.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Previous experience in residential lettings (Senior Negotiator or Manager level)
✅ Confident team leader with a results-driven approach
✅ Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
✅ Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
✅ Comfortable using lettings CRM systems
✅ ARLA qualification is a bonus but not essential
✅ Social media and digital marketing awareness is an advantage

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the lettings team to meet and exceed monthly targets
- Conduct property valuations and win new instructions
- Manage the full lettings process from marketing to move-in
- Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures
- Develop strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Work closely with marketing to support lead generation and online visibility
- Report to senior management on performance and strategy
