My client has an exciting opportunity for  Lettings Manager in their Bolton Branch. This is a role to continue driving the Sales & Lettings business forward.

The successful candidate must have Lettings management experience, understand the local market, and have run or assisted a Branch before - a track record of successfully achieving targets and be able to demonstrate the increase of their lettings business in their previous role.

Our ideal Lettings Manager will have:

Experience in the Lettings sector is ESSENTIAL for this role.

• Preferably an experienced Branch Manager with multi office experience or an Assistant Branch Manager who is ready for the next stage in their career.
• An inspirational leader of people with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• A proven track record of leading/assisting a team and regularly meeting and succeeding KPIs.
• Resilient, proactive, and competitive
• A Full UK driving licence.
