Lettings Associate – Docklands & City Office
Up to £35,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission
Location: Docklands & City, London

The Role:
As a key player in the branch’s success, you will:
  • Generate and secure new business through proactive outreach and client engagement
  • Conduct professional, accurate market appraisals and win instructions
  • Organise and manage property viewings with exceptional customer care
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure a seamless lettings experience
  • Handle negotiations and progress deals from offer to move-in
  • Maintain accurate records and manage applicant databases
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and colleagues alike
  • Be a key part of a branch that consistently exceeds targets and expectations
What We’re Looking For:
  • A proven track record in Lettings, ideally with listing experience
  • A driven, self-starting attitude with a hunger for success
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Organisational excellence and strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A full UK driving licence is essential
