Our client is one of the UK’s largest real estate and property consultancies in the UK, operating 34 offices nationwide. My client is currently looking for a Land agent with an estate management background, to join their Cambridge office. Offering a salary between £30,000 to 55,000, depending on experience, plus a car allowance and bonuses. 

Role & Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day Estate Management
• Identifying maintenance requirements and setting up/managing Planned Maintenance Programmes
• General management of Agricultural and Residential tenancies, some Commercial lets, sporting and forestry
• Preparation of Digital Plans and implementation of Computerised Estate Terrier – Advise on and manage general rural professional matters
• Strategically work with other departments to develop new sales opportunities and to maintain consistency and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• RICS Qualified
• CAAV qualification (desired)
• Experience in rural valuations (desired)
• Strong negotiating and presentational skills.
