As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in managing high-value property transactions and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals. You’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle—from valuation to completion—offering expert guidance and an outstanding level of service throughout.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-end residential properties from instruction to completion.
- Conduct market appraisals and generate new business through networking and client relationship management.
- Negotiate offers effectively, ensuring the best outcomes for both clients and the company.
- Deliver exceptional client service, maintaining the brand’s reputation for excellence.
- Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Keep up to date with local market trends and competitor activity.
- Support and mentor junior team members as needed.
- Proven experience in a residential property sales role, ideally within a premium or luxury estate agency environment.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the local St Neots and surrounding Cambridgeshire property market.
- Professional, polished, and articulate with a strong sense of discretion and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
