We are seeking a Floating Lettings Manager to cover multiple branches across West Sussex. As a key part of our team, you will bring your expertise to drive performance, develop teams, and maintain excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing lettings operations across multiple branches to ensure high performance and profitability.
• Leading and motivating teams to achieve targets and deliver outstanding service.
• Conducting valuations, securing new business, and growing market share.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor teams.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering top-tier service.
• Excellent knowledge of the lettings industry and relevant legislation.
• Flexibility to work across multiple locations within West Sussex.
• A full UK driving license.
