As a Client Accounts Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in client records, and providing outstanding service to both landlords and tenants. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process client account transactions, including rent collection and landlord payments
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records
- Respond promptly to landlord, tenant, and contractor queries
- Liaise with branch teams to resolve account discrepancies
- Support the Client Accounts Manager in streamlining processes
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Previous experience in estate agency or property management is essential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is advantageous
- £32,000 salary plus 10% annual performance bonus
