Business Development Manager • Estate Agency Conveyancing • Remote Working North West • Basic £35K • OTE £50K • £3,600 p.a. Car Allowance •
Seeking an proactive New Business Development Manager to join our clients' dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a solid track record within estate agency or similar business development role and possess excellent industry knowledge relevant to our field of 'Estate Agency and Conveyancing'.
Beyond fulfilling their duties, we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, exudes passion, and is eager to contribute to our team's commitment to delivering superb service to our customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
You will be acquiring new estate agency partners, actively seeking out potential customers, and contributing to a successful sales team. We need someone resilient, professional, and determined, with excellent interpersonal skills. You'll manage your workload, attend sales appointments, and effectively allocate your time to generate sales opportunities, building a strong pipeline to meet KPI targets.

Key Duties:
- Collaborate with the Head of New Business to develop and execute a new business strategy aligned with targets and KPIs.
- Establish and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Utilise your network and various tools to generate opportunities for business pitches.
- Engage with customers via face-to-face meetings, phone calls, or video conferences.
- Understand customer needs and devise effective plans to address them.
- Contribute to strategic planning and execution of sales campaigns.
- Conduct sales forecasts, analysis, and presentations for senior management.
- Provide training to staff and clients as required.
- Participate in seminars, conferences, and events.
- Liaise with the marketing department on promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop business materials and manage outbound campaigns.
- Offer tailored information, market insights, and demonstrate sector expertise to clients.
- Play a pivotal role in pitch delivery, from content creation to participation in meetings.
- Assist in refining pitch approaches and materials based on client feedback and case studies.
- Achieve or surpass agreed targets while upholding the company's values and standards.
- Maintain accurate CRM records in accordance with set criteria.
- Serve as a role model within the sales department and across the organisation.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A-C or equivalent, including English
- Demonstrable sales experience, preferably in the property/estate agency sector
- Track record of working to targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Ability to deliver customer-focused solutions based on needs
- Strong telephone manner and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented mindset
- Takes pride in work and demonstrates passion
- Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
