Our client is on a mission to deliver a turn-key, property management furnishing solution, through a blend of design, volume installation and replenishment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and arrange meetings to discuss products and services, with residential property professionals, across the UK.
  • Plan and prepare presentations that showcase service offering, across all channels.
  • Contribute ideas for the development of marketing material and sales strategy.
  • Pipeline and opportunity reporting on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain accurate records of all opportunities, sales, revenue, invoices.
  • Represent company at networking events, trade exhibitions and conferences.
  • Liaise with Operations regarding the delivery of replenishment, projects and design.
  • Act as first point of contact for company clientele.
  • Conduct research to identify market trends and customer requirements.
  • Conduct on-site project management and installation supervision as necessary.
  • Provide quality after-sales support and continuous high levels of customer service.
  • Manage and maintain contractual arrangements with sub-contractors and / or clients.
  • Attending pre-site meetings, agree and sign off T&Cs of service delivery.
  • Arrange and attend de-brief meetings for residential projects.
  • Identify any recruitment and / or training needs within the Sales department.
  • Ensuring project updates are recorded in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all new leads are recorded on Salesforce CRM and contacts updated.

  • Help to develop the skills of the Sales team
  • Help with mentoring and developing the Sales team
  • Share your industry knowledge and contacts with the Sales team
  • Develop your own skills and seek opportunities for personal improvement

Personal Specification
  
Technical Skills and Qualifications:
  
  • Proven experience in a sales / business development role
  • Exceptional skills in managing a heavy workload and conflicting demands, whilst consistently producing high-quality work to tight deadlines
  •  Experience of liaising with colleagues from operational to senior director level
  •  First class communication skills, personal confidence and the ability to influence others
  • Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
  • Meticulous written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent managerial skills
  • Proven sales track record

  • Ability to self-manage and organise own workload
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritise work and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Able to maintain accurate and timely records as required by the role
  • Identifies and knows how to solve everyday job-based problems in liaison with manager

  • Able to establish a rapport with service users as necessary e.g. clients, members of the public, etc.
  • Understands how to encourage and influence people to get the best from them
