Location: Worthing
On Target Earnings (OTE): £45,000 – £50,000, including profit share and uncapped commission
Role Overview:
The Branch Manager is responsible for leading the residential sales team, maximizing branch income and profitability, and delivering exceptional estate agency services. This role offers a platform for career progression within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a profitable and organized office, ensuring effective and professional estate agency services.
- Lead by example, delegate tasks, and aim to exceed performance standards and targets.
- Optimize opportunities to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations, sales, and mortgage introductions.
- Motivate and support team members and new recruits, ensuring they receive necessary training and development.
- Preferably experienced as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Residential Sales Manager, or a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, Valuer seeking progression.
- Demonstrable sales management experience.
- Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
- Proven experience in managing, leading, and mentoring a team.
- Outstanding customer care experience.
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
- A full UK driving license.
