£30,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary
£50,000 - £55,000 OTE
Saffron Walden
Our client, a well established and successful estate agency business is looking for an experienced estate agent to run their saffron Walden branch.
We are looking for an individual who either has branch management experience, or a very driven agent who is looking for a step up from a valuer or assistant branch manager position. Knowledge of the Saffron Walden area and property market would be advantageous.
In this role you will be responsible for driving market share, profitability, new business generation, whilst motivating and coaching your fellow colleagues.
