We’re on the hunt for a switched-on, motivated estate agent who knows their way around a valuation and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when it comes to business generation. If you're the kind of person who spots "potential" in a derelict bungalow and can smell a good instruction from a mile away, keep reading.
What We’re Looking For:
Valuation experience is essential – you know what you're talking about, and clients trust you from the first handshake (or Zoom wave).
Self-starter mentality – you're not waiting for leads to fall in your lap. You're out there, generating business like a machine (a friendly, professional one).
Land & New Homes knowledge? Big plus. If you've played in that space before, you’ll love what we’ve got lined up.
Driven and ambitious – you're in this for more than just the base income (not that we offer a base, mind – you're self-employed, remember?). Initial 3 month retainer for the right person.
