​Lauren has worked within financial services as an Executive Assistant and within Operations for almost a decade. She underpins Rayner Personnel’s behind-the-scenes experience of Estate Agency, Project Management, business and EA support to the directors.

Lauren brings a wealth of knowledge both operationally and strategically, and has worked on a number of key industry projects in her time including office relocations, CRM system implementation and governance within FS boardrooms. She enjoys being the go-to person for the team, and continually looks to increase efficiencies and bring fresh ideas to the business.
