Daniel Clow
Director of Financial Services
After an early career in Banking, Daniel worked his way from a Trainee Mortgage Broker to a Divisional Sales Director within Estate Agency based brokerages, meaning Dan knows how to succeed in the financial world extremely well. In Dan’s most recent role running Essex, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire he was required to bring in great talent whilst training and developing a team of up to 20 brokers. Often required to take larger training sessions for the company and being instrumental in the academy program. Dan puts his success down to 2 things: his love of talking to people, whether that’s in front of 1,000 people or on a 1-2-1 basis and his ability to build strong relationships throughout the business.
With an enthusiastic approach to recruitment & retention, training & development, whilst rolling his sleeves up and getting involved in anything that will help his team – Dan improved his business year on year. Winning a Divisional Sales Director of the year award in his first year and leaving his division as the most profitable part of the overall business on his departure.
