As an associate recruitment consultant, you will work for yourself but not by yourself. We have territories across the UK, which we would assign to you based on where you live. You would join one of our recruitment teams who you would work with to fill jobs across the spectrum in the property field. As a self-employed consultant, this role would allow you to work flexibly from one of our offices across the UK or from home, whilst earning an OTE of around £30,000-£50,000 in year one.
This role would suit someone who has previously working in Estate agency, recruitment, sales or customer service and is looking to take the next step in their career with a company who offers full training and support.
If you would like to find out more about becoming a Rayner Personnel Associate, please fill out the form below and we would love to talk you through the opportunity in more detail.
Here is what some of our team have to say about the opportunity:
Lauren Harriss, Senior Recruitment Consultant
“I have never looked back and have recently been made Senior Recruitment Consultant due to my success.
I always strive to be the most successful version of myself, encouraged by my supportive Director."
Alex Bryant, Associate Recruitment Consultant
“I cannot recommend Rayner Personnel highly enough as a business to be part of. My journey only started a few months ago however the support from everyone within the business has been incredible.
Having such a close knit community has been so important particularly as starting a new business venture in a new industry is very daunting although I have felt confident from day one due to the ongoing support and help while working alongside some of the most talented and knowledgeable people in the industry. I know that I am going to have a very prosperous and successful business working with Rayner Personnel and would urge anyone who is thinking of being their own boss to get in touch.
The job isn’t easy but it’s incredibly rewarding both financially and emotionally as I get great satisfaction out of helping people find their dream job, particularly over the last few months which have been very tough for most with redundancies and many on furlough. The only regret I have is not getting on board with Rayner Personnel sooner"
