#MakeMondaysMatter has been a huge success in raising awareness in the job market. Each week highlighting that you do not need to be unhappy in your job and that you shouldn’t dread going into work on a Monday. Especially not when there are so many opportunities and options available to you to change your career & help make your Mondays matter.

Being unhappy at work leads to lots of other unhappiness, finances, depression, peer pressure, social pressure, the list goes on and all leading to mental health issues.

Whatever is on your mind, if you need to talk then Mind are there for you and we want to make sure that they can continue in their vital work and have the funds to support whoever is in need of their support.

Rayner Personnel will be working to support the work of Mind in providing advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem and in their campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
