Joshua started his career in estate agency gaining a valuable insight into the day to day workings of a branch. He then went on to set up two leading property Headhunting agencies and was involved in a number of innovative projects for the property industry.
Joshua has placed over 5,000 property professionals from Juniors/Graduates to CEOs. His ability to search and select exceptional talent has allowed him to become one of the best recruiters in the industry.
Simon’s career spans over three decades within the property, technology and automotive sectors. Previously Managing Director of one of the U.K.’s largest property and legal services brands, Simon recently joined the Rayner family as Group Operations Director of our Property, Personnel and Finance recruitment divisions.

Rachael joined Rayner Personnel in 2017. She is a qualified AAT accountant and gained her personnel experience working in an accounts department for an Insurance Brokers in Saffron Walden.
She enjoys her role here at Rayner Personnel and looks forward to bringing her accountancy knowledge to the business.
Amy joined Rayner Personnel as the Marketing Manager after finishing her degree in Business Management at Coventry University.
She has previous experience in marketing, as well as running a small franchise business for a short time. Amy’s passions at work are digital marketing, social media and design and enjoys any tasks which allows her to be creative and to build new skills. Her role is part of Rayner Personnel’s organic growth and a brand new position here at RP which Amy is really enjoying.
Jodie joined Rayner Personnel as Accounts Assistant to Rachael and is currently studying for her AAT qualifications.
She comes from a marketing/admin background having previously worked for a well-known chartered surveyor’s in North London and is now looking forward to linking her studies to her work and progressing within the company.
Ian has twenty five years experience in sales and sales management across Estate Agency, Personnel Services and Retail Telecommunications and held senior positions within large corporate and independent businesses.
Over the years he has recruited, trained and supported top talent to realise their full potential and grow their careers. These qualities have delivered rapid business growth and profit performance with Ian smartly recognising that talented people are the key differentiator.
Samantha has spent the last eight years working for a local Commercial and Residential Sales and Lettings business and gained valuable insight into the type of people that are successful in this demanding and competitive marketplace.
Samantha is a warm, approachable and fun loving person who easily builds rapport with both clients and candidates and is looking forward to developing the East Division of Rayner Personnel.
Brian has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry starting his early career in residential lettings, progressing to successfully manage his own branch. After creating an agency CRM he diversified into the IT & Marketing side of property and managed the IT infrastructure, on-line presence, was key in many high level prop-tech projects for leading independent and corporate agencies across the UK and consultant to some current leading brands.
Brian has a genuine compassion for the welfare and success of others and as a Property Recruitment Associate for Rayner Personnel East, will use his knowledge and experience to help high calibre candidates achieve their own career goals.
Having experienced sales, lettings and customer service aspects throughout different parts of his working life, Edmund come to find that helping people is one of the main things that really motivates him. He loves being able to find the perfect employee for a client, or helping a candidate make their next career move. Outside of work, Edmund enjoys exploring the world with my Wife, Fishing and supporting Manchester United through it all!
Steve has thirty years’ experience in the property industry starting in the Canary Islands, throughout this time he climbed the ladder from Negotiator to be running a flagship office for the largest Agency in the UK.
As a Senior Branch Manager, he has recruited, trained, and developed his teams to success for independent to corporate companies in London and the Home Counties.
His expansive Estate Agency knowledge and vast experience in customer service allows him to understand the complexities of each job within the field and helps both candidates and clients find the best of the best.
Matthew has 30 years’ experience In the estate agency business in both residential sales and lettings and has held various roles within corporate estate agency starting as a junior negotiator, progressing through to senior and Area Director roles.
Matthew started his own estate agency businesses in Twickenham and Feltham in 2005 and with his incredible attention to detail has enjoyed huge success in the industry over the past 30 years.
Phillippa is very personable and hardworking with a genuine passion for recruitment. She aims to build rapport with anyone she comes into contact with which enables her to understand people needs in great depth. She has over 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry, covering everything from media architectural and property.
Herts & Middlesex
After leaving school Vicky entered into her first sales position where she found she had a passion for people and exceeding targets.
Since joining Rayner Personnel in 2013 she has been instrumental in actively sourcing high calibre candidates and gaining knowledge of the property industry.
Lauren’s background up until now has been developing new business for a leading High street retailer in the City, predominantly focusing on property acquisition for new leases across the UK.
Her tenacity, enthusiasm and desire for maintaining strong customer/ landlord relationships is what has driven her to explore new opportunities in a career change to Rayner Personnel, where she can enhance on her skills and experience and provide a great service to all of the candidates and clients she deals with.
Beverley has had a passion for property and architecture from her earliest memories and started working on building up a property portfolio early on in life alongside her city career, where she spent several years at a Korn/Ferry, the internationally renowned Executive Search Firm. As a Property Developer she has bought/sold/developed a large number of properties over the years and has worked with many talented Estate Agents and Mortgage Brokers during that time. Her a keen interest in the property market compelled her to expand her passion into Estate Agency and she latterly spent time with one of the top agents in Bishops Stortford as a Senior Valuer & Sales Manager developing her sector knowledge further.
Now with Rayner Personnel, Beverley has joined the Herts and Middlesex team where she utilises her extensive experience within both the property and recruitment sectors to identify and acquire the best talent in the market for our clients.
As an ex PT Beverley is also a keen health and fitness advocate, and enjoys distance running and working out.
Phoebe has worked full-time since leaving school and has since realised that she has a real passion for recruitment and placing candidates into roles as it gave her a sense of fulfilment. Phoebe is looking forward to the future at Rayner Personnel by placing high calibre candidates into new and exciting opportunities.

Ami has worked in the Estate Agency Industry for 10 years having started as a Trainee Negotiator and working her way to a Branch Managers role, before starting a career as a Recruitment Consultant. Ami is passionate about the property industry and finding the right candidate for the right role, she has an in-depth understanding of what to look for in exceptional talent.
North & South East London

Josh joined the North and South East team just a year after finishing Sixth Form, and completing a one year apprenticeship in Terrorism Insurance in London with Hiscox. Previously he enjoyed working in other customer service roles has a real passion for satisfying both customers and clients, which is what drove him to giving recruitment a try.
Outside work, Josh plays Football for local Team and also plays Basketball. Josh has an enthusiasm for getting to know both candidates and clients alike, and finding the right role which suits both sides.
North West London
Ian assists our clients in North West London. He has over 30 years experience in London estate agency initially with small independents and subsequently every level up to Director with a well known national brand.
He has CeMap and has recruited and trained hundreds of staff for residential sales, lettings, personnel services and new homes. Many of his recruits currently hold senior positions in the industry. Where a gap or room to expand a business exists it Is essential that the right person is placed in the right job. Ian understands how to build teams and the increased productivity unleashed when it all falls into place.
Guy’s extensive experience within Residential Estate Agency covers more than three decades and includes everything up to senior regional roles within the corporate agency sector. In 1991 Guy set up his own firm, Lords Estate Agents in Kingston upon Thames, which he eventually sold 23 years later.
His expertise in interviewing and selecting high calibre staff was a key to the success of the business and helped him develop an understanding of what is required by employers and personnel departments throughout the property industry.
From careers in specialised recruitment and new home sales to working in the legal profession, Pascale’s job roles have been diverse and demanding.
In 2008 Pascale joined Lords Estate Agents and as a director was accountable for all aspects of HR within the firm. She was specifically responsible for recruitment and brings this experience and expertise to the South East Rayner Personnel franchise.
After qualifying to work in the beauty industry, Emily decided to explore a more challenging vocation in Residential Estate Agency. Her 7-year career included an initial spell as a Branch Administrator before quickly moving into Prime Residential Lettings in West London with Faron Sutaria. She then moved on to a more senior Lettings role at the “family firm”, Lords Lettings & Property Management.
Emily’s industry knowledge and passion for sales will enable her to provide an exceptional service for both clients and candidates.
Joanna is the backbone of all that happens in the Rayner Personnel South East franchise office!
As well as being the PA to both the Directors, Jo provides significant administration support and also acts as a resourcer – helping the team hunt for the best candidates.
Jo previously worked in Estate Agency and Lettings for over 10 years, working for strong local independent firms and covering administration, lettings and property management functions, as well as a PA to company directors.
Lars is well known in the industry already! He has been supplying services to the Estate Agency sector for many years and his career has included running his own companies and working for well-known industry brands which include The Guild of Professional Estate Agents and Ravensworth (part of ZPG).
Lars, lives in the Chichester area and will be looking after Rayner Personnel clients’ along the South Coast including Portsmouth, Southampton, Bournemouth and the surrounding areas. He makes a great addition to our team and will have a very specific focus on providing an even better and more attentive service to our clients. He is knowledgeable, proactive and dependable and has a reputation for providing exceptional customer service to Estate Agents.”
Alice grew up in Spain and moved to London 13 years aGo. Quite unsure of which path to take workwise but having a passion for property and people she chose Estate Agency. Motivated, customer service is key, understanding people’s needs is very important to me and the property industry is where Alice’s heart will always be. She is also registered with the Property Ombudsman and AML.
Sarah has been in Recruitment since 1992, where she has worked across many industries, including Sales, Telecommunications, Engineering and Customer Service, providing a top-class service. Sarah has a real passion for developing relationships with both Clients and Candidates, working together to find the perfect match. Sarah has a sense of responsibility to make the recruitment process smooth and stress free for both parties, communication is key in Recruitment, we work with real people.
South West & West London
Liam looks after our SW & West London territory having previously been a successful Branch Manager in London. He has an enviable track record of filling positions with his numerous clients and prides himself on going the extra mile for his candidates. His understanding and knowledge of the industry coupled with his honest and friendly demeanour ensure that both our clients and candidates expectations are invariably exceeded.

Charlie joined the West / SW London team having spent most of his early career in customer service roles. Charlie was discovered working at his local Coffee shop where he was clearly an ambitious and dedicated young chap.
He has an insatiable appetite for work and giving his candidates very high levels of customer service. He’s already a popular member of the team. Out of work he enjoys playing for his local Basketball team and we are sure he will be a Slam-dunking success for us too!!
