Job description
Valuation Manager / Senior Valuation Manager - Lincoln City Centre
£25,000 basic + £4,000 car allowance + £12,000 OTE commission + additional commission + annual profit share
Are you an experienced estate agent who enjoys getting out into the market, meeting vendors and winning instructions?
Perhaps you are already an experienced Valuer or Valuation Manager looking for a stronger platform and better earning potential. Or you may be a high-performing Sales Negotiator who has developed a strong understanding of the valuation process and is ready to take that next step.
We are recruiting for an established and successful estate agency business in Lincoln City Centre that is looking for an ambitious Valuation Manager / Senior Valuation Manager to become a key part of its branch team.
This is very much a business-generation role. You will be responsible for carrying out market appraisals, converting valuations into instructions and building a strong pipeline of new properties, while developing your reputation as a trusted property expert within the Lincoln market.
You will manage your own diary, build relationships with prospective vendors, follow up valuation opportunities and work closely with the wider branch team to maximise every opportunity. There is plenty of scope for someone with energy and commercial drive to make the role their own and have a genuine impact on branch performance.
We would ideally like to hear from candidates with residential estate agency experience and some exposure to valuations, listings or winning instructions. However, we are equally interested in speaking with strong estate agency negotiators who can demonstrate the personality, ambition and commercial ability to progress into a valuation-focused position.
You will need to be confident in front of clients, comfortable asking for the business and motivated by targets and results. Just as importantly, you should be proactive, organised and capable of building long-term relationships rather than simply conducting valuations and waiting for instructions to arrive.
For someone who can consistently win instructions and wants the opportunity to build both their earnings and career, this is a very attractive opportunity within a busy Lincoln City Centre operation.
If you are already valuing, or you are an ambitious estate agent ready to prove you can, apply today for a confidential conversation.
