Salary: £30,000 basic + uncapped commission OTE: £40,000

Role Overview

• Manage buyers and vendors throughout the full sales cycle
• Conduct viewings, handle offers and negotiate confidently
• Generate new business and support branch performance
• Build strong local relationships and deliver exceptional customer service

About You

• Proven estate agency sales experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Positive, proactive and commercially aware
• Full UK driving licence and own car
