Senior Sales Negotiator - Premium Independent Estate Agency
Location: Cambridge City Centre
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic | £50,000 - £60,000 OTE
An exceptional opportunity has arisen with a highly established, premium independent estate agency based in the heart of Cambridge. Renowned for their strong market presence, high-value stock, and outstanding client service, our client is seeking an experienced and polished Senior Sales Negotiator to join their successful team.
This is a pivotal, office-based role focused on deal progression, negotiation, and revenue generation. It is not a valuing position—our client is specifically looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at closing deals, and delivers a first-class experience to both buyers and sellers.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
1 in 4 Saturdays, 9:00am - 1:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and negotiating offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
- Progressing sales from offer agreed through to completion
- Building strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and solicitors
- Generating new business opportunities through proactive communication and follow-up
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process
- Maintaining a high level of market knowledge and professionalism at all times
- Proven track record as a Senior Sales Negotiator within estate agency
- Highly skilled in negotiation and closing deals
- Confident, articulate, and commercially astute
- Professional, polished, and client-focused approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Driven, target-oriented, and motivated to exceed expectations
- Competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000
- Realistic on-target earnings of £50,000 - £60,000
