A highly successful and well-established independent estate agency, with multiple thriving branches across Cambridgeshire and Suffolk, is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join their busy Ely office.

The Role This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished negotiator ready to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales performance, supporting junior colleagues, and contributing to the overall success of the branch.

You will be responsible for managing the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to completion, while consistently delivering a high standard of customer service and exceeding performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing property sales from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
  • Generating new business opportunities and winning instructions
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market
  • Working towards and exceeding individual and branch sales targets
  • Delivering a consistently high level of customer service
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven track record in estate agency sales, ideally in a senior or experienced negotiator role
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Professional, confident, and well-presented
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
