We are seeking an experienced, forward‑thinking Senior Property Manager to lead our residential property management department. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for ensuring our properties are managed efficiently and in line with the highest standards of service and compliance. As the Head of Property Management, you will help shape operational strategy, inspire and develop a small team, strengthen client relationships and play a central role in the continued growth of our business.
 

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the property management team, fostering a culture of service excellence and accountability.
  • Oversee the effective management of the property portfolio, including maintenance, compliance, budgets, and tenant experience.
  • Create and implement operational strategies to improve performance, efficiency, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, industry regulations, and internal policies.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, landlords, tenants, and external partners.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation across processes, technology, and customer service delivery.


About You
  • Proven experience in a senior property management role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of property legislation (such as the Renters Rights Act), compliance and best practice standards.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a sometimes challenging environment with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months (initially)
 

This is an in-person role, and the ideal candidate must have:
  • Property management experience: 4 years+ (preferred)
  • Driving License (required)
  • ARLA/PropertyMark Qualifications
