Location: Remote
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Be Doing
- Enterprise engagement: Identify and develop relationships with national letting agencies and property management groups.
- Strategic partnerships: Understand partner goals and challenges, tailoring solutions that deliver efficiency, value, and growth.
- Full-cycle ownership: Manage deals from first contact to close - running discovery, building proposals, negotiating contracts, and onboarding new partners.
- Commercial negotiation: Build business cases and negotiate terms that create win-win outcomes.
- Activation & growth: Oversee smooth onboarding, ensuring systems, training, and early results are in place.
- Market presence: Represent the business at key property and partnership events, positioning our brand as the market leader.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to refine propositions and deliver enterprise-level performance.
About You
- Proven success in B2B sales or partnerships - ideally selling SaaS or tech solutions into enterprise-level clients.
- Experienced with longer, consultative sales cycles and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- Commercially astute, confident, and credible when engaging senior decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to link solutions to business outcomes.
- Excellent communicator - articulate, persuasive, and professional.
- Highly organised with exceptional follow-through and pipeline management.
- Motivated by ownership, challenge, and the satisfaction of closing major deals.
