Sales Valuer – Camberley

Basic salary up to £30,000 (DOE)
OTE £60,000
Full-time | Permanent | Driving licence required

A leading independent estate agency in Camberley is looking for an experienced Sales Valuer to join their successful team. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves winning instructions, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to maximise their earnings.

The Role

• Carry out accurate, well-presented market appraisals
• Convert valuations into instructions through strong rapport and commercial awareness
• Generate new business through prospecting, canvassing, and nurturing warm leads
• Advise clients on pricing, marketing strategy, and current market conditions
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth progression from instruction to completion
• Deliver exceptional customer service to vendors and buyers

About You

• Experience as a Sales Valuer or Senior Negotiator
• Proven track record of winning instructions
• Confident, articulate, and proactive
• Strong local market knowledge (Camberley / Surrey Heath ideal)
• Full UK driving licence
