Full-Time | Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
Potential for hybrid working
Basic salary - Up to £35,000 DOE
OTE (with bonus) £55,000 per annum
We're looking for a detail-driven, proactive Sales Progressor to join a high-performing Sales team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in property sales progression, conveyancing, or estate agency, who's ready to own the early stages of residential transactions while ensuring legal and AML compliance.

We're looking for a detail-driven, proactive Sales Progressor to join a high-performing Sales team. What You'll Do
- Open and manage sales files post-agreement
- Draft and issue Sales Memorandums (AML cleared)
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and buyers
- Coordinate with agents across the chain
- Oversee AML checks and documentation collection
- Ensure searches, surveys, and mortgage steps are initiated
- Collaborate closely with Sales Progression team
- Background in UK property sales or conveyancing
- Solid knowledge of legal and compliance processes
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Experience with Reapit (preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and file accuracy
