Our Client is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their Pulborough team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to build a career in property sales, working with a respected estate agency. The role offers a competitive salary  with the chance to develop your negotiation skills and build lasting client relationships in a supportive environment.

• Negotiate property sales from offer through to completion, managing client expectations and securing the best outcomes
• Up to £26,000 salary+  commission and performance bonuses
• Permanent role based in Pulborough, working within an established and professional team

Preferred Requirements

• Proven experience in property sales negotiation or a similar client-facing sales role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with buyers, sellers, and colleagues
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-focused mindset
• Knowledge of the property market and familiarity with conveyancing processes is advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

• NAEA or similar property industry qualification, or willingness to obtain one
• Previous experience working in an estate agency or property-related business
• Customer service or sales qualification demonstrating professional development
