Sales Negotiator – Lingfield

Basic Salary: £24,000
OTE: £40,000
Hours: 5‑day week, every other Saturday (day off in lieu)

The Role

• Register and qualify buyers
• Conduct viewings and provide excellent service
• Negotiate offers and support sales progression
• Generate new business and build strong local relationships
• Prepare property details and keep CRM records up to date

About You

• Experience in residential sales or a strong sales/customer‑facing background
• Confident communicator with a proactive, target‑driven approach
• Organised, personable, and able to work at pace
• Full UK driving licence
