Key Responsibilities

• Register, qualify, and match applicants to suitable properties.
• Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and manage sales through to completion.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers, providing a first-class service at every stage.
• Proactively generate new business and support the branch in achieving its sales targets.
• Maintain an excellent understanding of the local property market.

Candidate Profile

• Experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency is essential.
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Excellent presentation and customer service abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required.
