The Role

• Generate new sales instructions through valuations, prospecting, and local market engagement
• Deliver persuasive, high‑quality market appraisals
• Convert leads through strong follow‑up and relationship‑building
• Identify opportunities via canvassing, social media, networking, and community presence
• Advise clients on pricing, strategy, and marketing
• Work closely with the sales team to launch new instructions effectively
