Job description
Sales Consultant
Basic Salary £28,000-£35,000 | Uncapped Commission & Bonus | Realistic OTE £63,000
Are you a natural salesperson who knows how to build rapport, overcome objections and close deals? Do you thrive in a target-driven environment where your results are recognised and rewarded?
We're working with one of the UK's leading residential developers to recruit ambitious Sales Consultants to join their successful Sales team. This is an opportunity to represent a premium brand, helping customers through one of the biggest purchasing decisions they'll ever make while enjoying excellent earning potential and genuine career progression.
This isn't a role for someone who simply waits for customers to walk through the door. We're looking for commercially minded sales professionals who understand the importance of qualifying buyers, following up leads, creating urgency and converting enquiries into reservations. You'll be confident managing the entire customer journey, delivering an outstanding experience while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Working closely with your Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for welcoming prospective purchasers, conducting development tours, understanding customers' needs, negotiating confidently and maintaining regular contact throughout the buying process. You'll also ensure all customer information is accurately maintained, work closely with solicitors and mortgage advisers, and proactively identify opportunities to maximise every enquiry.
We're particularly interested in hearing from candidates with a proven track record in sales.
Previous experience within housebuilding or estate agency would be advantageous, but it isn't essential. If you've consistently delivered results in a consultative sales environment, have strong closing skills and can demonstrate resilience, commercial awareness and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Weekend working will form part of the role, reflecting the needs of the business and its customers.
In return, you'll be joining a highly respected developer with an excellent reputation for quality, where you'll receive comprehensive training, ongoing support and the opportunity to build a long-term career within a growing business.
If you're looking for a role where your ability to sell, influence and close will be genuinely rewarded, we'd love to hear from you. Send your CV today for a confidential discussion.
