PROPERTY VALUER – HAINAULT
£25,000–£30,000 Basic Salary | £50,000 OTE | Uncapped Commission
Are you an experienced estate agency professional with a talent for winning instructions and building strong relationships with homeowners?
An established and ambitious independent estate agency is looking for a confident Property Valuer to join its successful Hainault branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who understands the local property market and knows how to turn valuations into listings.

The Role
As Property Valuer, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out accurate and professional market appraisals
- Winning new instructions and achieving agreed listing targets
- Building lasting relationships with vendors
- Following up valuation opportunities and maintaining a strong pipeline
- Advising clients on pricing, marketing and current market conditions
- Supporting the branch in generating new business
- Delivering an outstanding level of customer service
- Working closely with the sales team to achieve branch targets
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Property Valuer, Lister or Senior Sales Negotiator
- A proven ability to win instructions
- Strong knowledge of the residential property market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A confident, professional and personable approach
- A target-driven attitude and strong commercial awareness
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Basic salary of £25,000–£30,000, depending on experience
- Realistic OTE of £50,000
- Uncapped commission
