Property Sales Lister - Benfleet
£30,000 basic + 30% quarterly commission on profit generated
 
A well-established independent estate agency in Benfleet is looking for an experienced Property Sales Lister to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven estate agency professional who enjoys winning instructions, carrying out valuations and building strong relationships with vendors. The successful candidate will play a key role in growing market share and driving branch performance.
Key responsibilities:

• Carrying out market appraisals and valuations
• Winning new instructions
• Building and maintaining strong vendor relationships
• Providing expert advice on pricing and local market conditions
• Generating new business and helping grow the branch

Requirements:

• Previous experience in estate agency, ideally as a Lister or Valuer
• Proven track record of winning instructions
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and commercially minded
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle preferred

Package:

• £30,000 basic salary
• 30% commission on profit generated, paid quarterly
• Excellent earning potential
