Property Management Team Coordinator (South London)
Location: South London (Occasional travel to Brighton)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
OTE: £2,000 – £2,500 annual bonus

We’re looking for an experienced Property Management Team Coordinator to take a lead role across multiple South London offices during an exciting period of growth and transformation for fast growing PropTech.
You’ll oversee 10 team members, ensuring high standards of service while driving operational improvements and embracing new technology.
This is more than a traditional property management leadership role. You’ll be a key player in change management, technology adoption and process improvement, working closely with branch managers and the central team to build a more efficient, scalable property management operation.

We’re looking for an experienced Property Management Team Coordinator to take a lead role across multiple South London offices during an exciting period of growth and transformation for fast growing PropTech.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting a team of up to 10 Property Managers.
- Acting as the escalation point for complex property management issues.
- Maintaining high standards across maintenance, compliance, move-outs and inspections.
- Ensuring properties remain fully compliant with UK lettings regulations.
- Managing team performance, training, development and morale.
- Supporting capacity planning and ensuring effective staffing coverage.
- Increasing portfolio efficiency without compromising service quality or team wellbeing.
- Championing new technology and ensuring strong adoption across the team.
- Creating training materials and supporting teams through new system implementations.
- Using operational data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
- Working closely with branch managers and the central team to deliver business transformation.
We’re looking for someone with:
- 3–5+ years’ experience managing UK residential lettings teams, ideally with a strong Property Management focus.
- Experience directly managing at least 2–3 people.
- Strong knowledge of UK residential lettings regulations and compliance.
- A proven ability to lead teams through change and maintain performance.
- A genuine enthusiasm for technology and new ways of working.
- Experience implementing new systems, CRMs or processes would be highly advantageous.
- The resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to challenge existing processes.
