Property Manager - Residential Lettings Agency
Are you an experienced Property Manager with a minimum of 1 Years experience?

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships by ensuring a 5-star service is delivered to Landlords and Tenants.
• Handle property management enquiries promptly and effectively including property inspections, organising maintenance and repairs, and serving relevant notices.
• Remain up to date with relevant legislation, ensuring compliance is met, obtaining EPCs, Gas Safety Certs and EICRs.
• Deal with any tenancy disputes or complaints.
• Ensure inspections are conducted in a timely manner and results are actioned.
• Oversee check outs to facilitate a smooth transition between tenancies.
• Assist with negotiating and processing tenancy renewals.
• Work closely with and supporting the Property Consultants.
• Provide support to the lettings/sales progression team where required.

About you

• Ambitious, highly motivated and driven
• Strong work ethic
• One years' experience within property management
• ARLA qualification desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Work well under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Ability to create and sustain strong working relationships
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Team player
• Driving license and own car required

Working Hours

• Full time, Permanent
• Monday-Friday 9am - 6pm
