About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring high levels of service for landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance issues, repairs, and property inspections
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve queries efficiently
- Ensure all properties comply with current legislation and safety regulations
- Oversee tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and deposit disputes
- Manage arrears and ensure timely rent collection
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Proven experience in property management (essential)
- Strong knowledge of current property legislation and compliance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- Competitive basic salary of £35,000
