• Base Salary: £23,000 (with guaranteed earnings provided for the first 3 months to assist with your transition).
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): A highly realistic £40,000+ per annum. The commission structure is completely uncapped, allowing your income to reflect your results.
• Company Vehicle: Choose between a dedicated company car or a £2,500 annual car allowance.
• Work-Life Balance: A 5-day flexible weekly schedule, which features an excellent rotation allowing you to enjoy every third Saturday completely off.
• Premium Benefits: 33 days of paid holiday, an extra day off for your birthday, holiday commission, pension, life insurance, corporate rewards, and financial sponsorship for professional property qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing expert marketing advice to clients to secure the premium sale price for their properties.
• Actively identifying new leads, generating business, and converting valuations into active listings.
• Collaborating closely with the branch team to match buyers with their ideal properties.
• Assisting with branch management duties, including leading motivational morning meetings in the absence of the Branch Manager.
