We are recruiting an experienced and motivated Lister/Valuer to join our Gravesend office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑established, professional property business with a large corporate network and genuine career progression opportunities.

• Basic Salary: £23,000
• Realistic OTE: £40,000+
• Car Allowance: £2,500 or company car
• Working Pattern: Full‑time, 5 days per week with a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

Role Responsibilities

• Provide expert marketing advice to vendors to achieve the best possible sale price
• List and price properties effectively to secure instructions
• Stay on top of local market trends to maintain your competitive edge
• Generate new business and leads through proactive networking and relationship‑building
• Support the Branch Manager in motivating and developing the team
• Lead morning meetings and help maintain team momentum when required

• Experienced estate agent with a strong track record of converting valuations into instructions
• Driven, confident and resilient in a sales‑focused environment
• A natural communicator who builds trust with clients and colleagues alike
• A positive team player with excellent customer service skills
