Senior Sales Negotiator – Prestige Homes (Guildford)

Join the market‑leading agent in the £1.25m+ sector and help drive the continued growth of our premium homes division.
We’re seeking an experienced estate agent (2+ years) confident working with high‑net‑worth clients, premium viewings and complex negotiations.

The Role
  • Conduct professional viewings on prestige homes
  • Negotiate high‑value offers with confidence
  • Generate new business through proactive outreach and networking
  • Build long‑term relationships with discerning buyers and vendors
  • Qualify sales before handover to Sales Progression
  • Work closely with the Partner on strategy, pricing and growth
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Guildford’s premium marketplace
You’ll Bring
  • 2+ years’ residential sales experience
  • Confidence handling £1.25m+ properties
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, commercially aware approach
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Professional presentation
  • Full UK driving licence + own car
