Partnerships Executive (Part-Time | Maternity Cover)
Location: Remote
Salary: £21,525 (Pro Rata)
Working Pattern: 3 Days per Week

What You’ll Be Doing
Partnership Management
- Own and grow relationships with existing partners
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring strong, successful collaborations
- Deliver insights that shape partnership strategy
- Manage relationships with key external suppliers
- Oversee onboarding, training, and contract management
- Monitor performance, processes, and compliance
- Identify and reduce inefficiencies across operations
- Research and identify new partnership opportunities across areas like:
- Insurance
- Mortgages
- Surveying
- Client onboarding solutions
- Help expand the partner ecosystem and commercial offering
Brand & Market Presence
- Manage corporate social media channels
- Create engaging content and track performance
- Identify key industry events and opportunities
- Support award submissions and brand visibility
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in partnerships, account management, or a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with excellent time management
- Confident working across multiple stakeholders
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and hit deadlines
