New Homes Sales Manager - Surrey and Sussex

Basic Salary: £Dependent on Experience 
On Target Earnings: £40,000-£50,000k
Work Pattern: Work Pattern: 5-day week, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as required)

The Role
  • Business Generation: Present to housebuilder clients to secure new homes instructions.
  • Client Liaison: Work closely with residential offices and developers to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Lead Generation: Encourage and generate sales leads for mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings, and property valuations.
  • Team Coordination: Communicate with our area new homes support team to ensure effective marketing and sales administration.
  • Problem Solving: Address challenges and influence outcomes to achieve desired results.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards set sales and performance targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the land team to maximize opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experienced Professional: You have experience in new homes sales or residential estate agency, with a proven track record in listing and business generation.
  • Local Knowledge: Reside in the Surrey/Sussex area, bringing local market insights.
  • Organized and Professional: You possess strong organizational skills and a professional work ethic.
